All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you authorise the courier to leave the package without a signature, I.AM COLLECTIONS is not liable for any lost parcels.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If you notice an error in the shipping address, please email us at hello@iamcollections.com.au immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll update the address for you. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate, as we reserve the right to charge for redirecting returned items or replacing lost items due to address errors.

Yes, we can deliver to P.O. Box addresses within Australia. However, please note that international deliveries may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
