How long will my order take to be shipped?
Our processing time for dispatching orders is 1-2 business day from when the order is placed.
All orders are sent with tracked delivery as standard. You will receive a tracking code via your order dispatch confirmation email. See below our expected delivery times (The below times do not include the processing time).

*Please note, I.AM COLLECTIONS is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons or due to COVID19.
All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, I.AM COLLECTIONS is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, I.AM COLLECTIONS will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.

International Shipping
USA (Standard Post) - Estimated 6 - 11 Business Days (after processing time)
Rest of the World - Estimated 10 - 20 Business Days (after processing time)
I.AM Collections will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance. In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package.
I.AM Collections are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our premises. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached it's destination country. For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link.
Buyers outside Australia – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order.
The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
I.AM Collections is not responsible for these charges, and will not refund item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with I.AM Collections in advance.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes of course! We want to ensure you have visibility on where your order is at. Your tracking number can be found on your shipping email. You can click the link or copy paste the number into Australia Post Track.
Can I change the address once an order has been placed?
If you identify an incorrect address has been registered for your order, please send an email to our customer care at hello@iamcollections.com.au immediately. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will rectify your address and post to the amended address.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. I.AM COLLECTIONS reserve the right to re-charge shipping fees for redirecting returned items or replacing lost items due to address error.
