What are affirmation cards?

An affirmation is, quite simply, a statement you make about yourself that you affirm to be true.

A positive affirmation is a present-tense affirming statement that’s designed to boost your self-belief and support your overall well-being: mind, body, and soul. And one of the best ways to use affirmations is through the use of affirmation cards.

What are ways you can effectively use affirmation cards?

1. Morning Routine / Night Routine

Pick an affirmation card in the morning/night and repeat this affirmation. Feel the positive vibration of these words or let these empowering words be the last thing you think of as you drift peacefully to sleep.

2. Affirmation Art

Create beautiful collages and wall art with your affirmation cards. Make it part of the room decor or you may place one card on a holder on your study/work desk and change the card to a new affirmation every day. Embrace your creativity!

3. Journaling

Choose 1-2 affirmations cards and write down each of them 5 times. What do these affirmations mean to you? How will you embody these empowering words throughout the day?

4. Gift to loved ones

Want to make someone's day? Leave them an affirmation card with a heart felt note and explain why you chose it for them.

5. Secret Hiding Spots

Hide cards in spots around the house or office. This makes it a little more fun for the little ones and get them to repeat the empowering words once they find it.

6. Trade with a friend

Do you and a friend want to support and inspire each other. You can text a picture of the affirmation card you chose for each other. 

There are no rules for how to use affirmation cards for adults or children. Ultimately, they are tools to prompt and inspire in whatever way suits you.

Can I change the address once an order has been placed?

If you identify an incorrect address has been registered for your order, please send an email to our customer care team at hello@iamcollections.com.au immediately. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can update your address and issue your package to the new amended address.

I.AM COLLECTIONS reserve the right to re-charge shipping fees for redirecting returned items or replacing lost items due to an address error.

At I.AM Collections, our goal is to be part of a positive future. We are conscious of the materials we use and also our sustainable journey.

To help you feel confident, all of our cards are designed and produced in Australia. The card stock we use is 100% recyclable and FSC Certified.

We have consciously not used lamination on our cards knowing the excessive length of time it takes to break down in our environment. Though to provide our customers with further durability and longevity of our cards, we have used a thick high quality 400gsm card stock. The cards are also packaged in one of our beautiful paper keepsake boxes.

Sustainability is an area that is dear to our hearts and will be at the forefront of our minds as we continue to build and grow our business.
