Returns and Exchange Policy

At I.AM Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges for all items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@iamcollections.com.au, and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in the event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged.
  • If you believe your item is faulty, please email us within 30 days of receipt with a description of the issue, along with photographs demonstrating the fault.
  • Once we receive your request, our customer service team will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions on how to return the faulty item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred when returning items for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a specified value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exclusions

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your exchange or refund.
